15th Trip out 9-16-07
The weather is much better, almost no wind though and a little cool.
It looks like we are headed towards the Captree Bridge. I hope we get to go under it.

We made it, lets go under!
We are under the bridge and this guy comes under also but under power and he has a taller mast and his antenna on top of it bends over as he hits the bridge with it. .
Franks at the helm and relates a sorry where he nearly hit a bridge piling once. I guess that is why we passed under in the middle of the bridge.
Well there is the bridge from the other side .
Looks like a sailing party on this side of the bridge .
Frank I think they are headed straight for us?.
The lead boat is catching us fast, lets get back under the bridge quick.
Yikes they followed us under the bridge and this one is getting darn close and heading straight for us.
They are all coming our way!!!! .
This guy passed us and yelled why don't you guys go ?!#& up those guys behind him and keep out of our way. .
OH NO! They are going to hit each other right next to us! .
They mst have a foot in between them, yikes that was close. .
They pass each other and quickly change direction .
Other guys are now passing us. Maybe we should pull the motor out of the water to reduce the drag?
They are passing on both sides, take my word for it............ .
Frank had a good time being part of the race.
We leave the bridge behind now, wait a minute, all those other boats just turned around and are heading all towards us again!!!.
One guy was waving at us to get out of his way, Franks takes down the sails, lets start the motor and get out of this thing. .
They were quickly in the distance and we were almost back to dock. It was a calm day and no one got hurt so it was a good day. Not too many days left where the boat will be making trips this year. It has been a great summer. I can't believe I have been out 15 times this year. Next year we are going to get an early start and try to beat this, we hope to have some sleep over trips also!
